On Csiksomlyo, the place where every year several hundred thousands of Hungarian Roman Catholics come on the Whit-Saturday pilgrimage, on the fields behind the church and the monastery, you will find several springs of mineral waters. On these fields there was built a pilgrims garden in a system of barn-raising, with the help of volunters. The garden was built first of all for the pilgrims, and it includes baths built in folk style. At the pilgrimage place there was set up a mirror-bath with foot-bath, several constructions of willow, planks, fences, gates. The garden is ornamented with sacred signs, pictures of the Virgin Mary and Saint Francisco.
